Characteristics

alpha-Terpinene P&F has a refreshing lemon-citrus odour of rather low tenacity.  It is more lemony, but not as warm as gamma-Terpinene.  Its taste is mostly lemony in concentrations <40 ppm, but rather bitter at higher levels.  This product meets Food Chemicals Codex (FCC) specifications.
