We contribute to this community through participation in industry trade shows, events, and membership organisations.
The British Essential Oils Association
Established in 1978, the BEOA aims to maintain and improve the
general standards of the flavour and fragrance industry. The
Association liaises with government bodies and other organisations
to represent the industry's commercial and economic interests.
De Monchy Aromatics Trading Ltd Director Philippe Caumont is
currently vice-chairman of the BEOA.
The International Federation of Essential Oils and Aroma Trades
De Monchy Aromatics was a founding member of IFEAT when it was established in 1981. The Federation's primary aim is to advance the interests of its members by promoting good practices and encouraging collaboration through regular events and conferences. The IFEAT international conference is one of the most important annual events for industry professionals.
The British Society of Flavourists
Founded in 1970, the BSF promotes the interests of companies and individuals working in the flavour and fragrance industry. The Society hosts regular events that draw a diverse group of UK professionals, from flavourists and technologists to marketing and logistics personnel. Events include lectures by leading industry specialists, symposiums, exhibitions, training courses, and social activities.
