In all areas of our operation, whether sourcing, processing, trading, or shipping, we ensure that our actions are in compliance with all relevant federal and international laws as well as industry-recognised governing bodies. 

We observe all relevant framework legislation set out by the European Commission in the production, sourcing, distribution and labeling of our products. Our corporate activities are in accordance with the laws of the countries in which we operate, including the UK and PR China, and all of our facilities comply with UK health and safety standards.   

Our global responsibility

We make a point of keeping up to date with developments in international treaties and agreements, such as CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) and the UN Global Compact, that affect the work we do. Our aim is to operate with the highest ethical standards, and consistency across our global operations is important to us. In instances where local laws are less stringent than international or UK law, we adhere to the latter.
